NOC: Hello, NOC Chevron. How can I help you?

Customer: We would like to inform you that there is a heater problem and alarm CSN SLTN4PLG has occurred.

NOC: What is the temperature in the equipment room?

Customer:  It is about 23 Celsius. There is a fan, but the alarm is still sounding.

NOC: OK.  I think the alarm is still sounding because the air flow is not good. Could you please clean the filters in the upper grid? I will send an email and explain how it should be done. You may want to use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust.
